The location was strategic and perfect for Pasir Gudang, so close to cafes, eateries and minimarts nearby, many restaurant and food attractions, and KFC restaurant. The hotels' team was incredibly friendly and attentive. Lots of delicious food, I appreciated it.

The location was perfect for my work needs and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the fast Wi-Fi was a great plus. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the attention to detail by providing large glasses for drinks. The hotel also had ample parking space, which was convenient.

Everything I needed, from restaurants to convenience stores, was just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. The service provided was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I could see that the hotel paid attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. this hotel offers great value for money with its convenient location, excellent service, and well-kept rooms.

The room at D Elegance was exceptionally clean and spacious. I was impressed by how well-maintained and comfortable it was. The staff at the lobby were also friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast, although simple, was delicious, especially the cooked eggs. I had a pleasant stay at D Elegance Grand Bandar Seri Alam.

I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. Secondly, the hotel was conveniently located near the place where I needed to work, making my commute hassle-free. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed.

One minor issue was the breakfast, which could use some improvement.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to be right at the center of the action, convenient for business in the town center. the surrounding area is great, with plenty of F&B options within walking distance. the hotel provides fast Wi-Fi, spacious, and comfortable rooms, with nice views from large windows. the breakfast is good, with a variety of local & western food items, and a great cooked egg counter.

The pool & gym facilities are not available, which could be a downside for those looking for these amenities.

We loved that this hotel was centrally located with easy access to the city's main road and highways. The cleanliness level was impressive, especially in the shower area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the parking space was ample. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff from check-in to breakfast service.
